1100 vs 1400 size

I'm wondering if anyone has the 1100, how much meat can you get in it? I'd like to cold smoke some bacon and smoke up some ribs. It seems these would do better hanging, and it doesn't look like there is enough room in the 1100. Any insights?

I have an 1100 and I don't think you could hang items in it. It's a great piece of equipment, but it is small. It would not accommodate a slab of bacon or a rack of ribs, in my opinion.
