Trying to pull the trigger on a new 1400, got to get the wife's
OK! Just bought a new truck, laptop and rifle, she's got me
on "hold" for the time being. I love reading everyones tips
on the smoker, can't wait to pick mine up! I want to be able
to master brisket and ribs, then I'll be a happy camper! I hope
to purchase soon, keep up the forum, really like reading it,
makes my mouth water! Take Care All!

Got to take care of the wife. Tell her you promise to cook such great BBQ the she will wish you had gotten your 1400 sooner. You will be surprised with your results. ANd look how much $$ you can save by not going out and just getting generic BBQ. Yours will be the best in town. Watch and see.....Good Luck...Steve
