Just bought a new 1400

Just bought a new 1400 from Scott.......What a great guy and also company to deal with.

I've been smoking on a Weber Smokey Mountain for about 10 years. I'm ready to move to the next level.

What a great site you have. I hope I don't wear ya'll out with smoking questions.

TJ, Welcome to the Smokin Tex world. Well, if you received your 1400 2 days ago thats plenty of time for a brisket, pulled pork, ribs :) Be sure to check out the pic section. I posted one of the Costco cart mine is mounted on. One of the best (most popular) things I've smoked is Canadian Bacon, big hit and easy to give away. Happy smokin.
