Hurricane Preparedness

On Sunday (the day before Hurricane Gustav arrived), I smoked the following in my SmokinTex Model 1400:

2 Whole Chickens using the Kansas City Dry Rub
2 Whole Chickens using a Special Blend Texas Rub
6 Cornish Hens using a Special Blend Texas Rub
8 Pork Chops using a Special Blend Texas Rub

Please note, I turned one of the smoked chickens into chicken salad in order to make sandwiches. We all ate very well while going without electricity and living on generators.
