It sure would be a benefit to a user of one of the Smok'in Tex Smokers if the advertising or sales department would develop a 10 to 15 minute instructional DVD or a web cast that is posted on the web site.
-using a variety of meats
-different types of woods
-option equipment and how to use it properly
-even showing the variety of smokers available in action

How to cold smoke fish or cheese, smoking jerky sliced or ground, different temperature gauges for cooker and meat while smoking, cold weather operation, injecting meats, placement of meat on the trays, when to use one or both smoke boxes in those that have two smoke boxes, where to place aluminum foil and why...:)
